TubeBuddy is seeking an Account Manager to play an important role on our Enterprise team. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, has the ability to communicate effectively with business and brands, and enjoys building relationships with clients! A passion for YouTube is an absolute must. So if you are a superior communicator, adept relationship builder, hungry and loves YouTube, then we want you!

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by collaborating with different departments
  • Manage client input and feedback with detailed direction and timelines
  • Conduct custom strategy sessions with clients around their goals for their YouTube Channel
  • Conduct strategic calls via zoom and phone with client
  • Know the status of each client and their needs
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Client Support representatives to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new opportunities and ensure all clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
  • Manage the hand off of new clients from Account Executives and ensure clients are set up correctly
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong client service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
  • Knowledge of YouTube as a consumer is a must
  • Knowledge of YouTube as a creator preferred
  • Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation – you will have a lot of freedom to make decisions, and drive the team forward, but that requires a personality that thrives with challenges and finds solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills in person, in writing, and on the telephone – with clients, partners, and team
  • Attention to detail – we move quickly, but staying organized and knowing the fine details of every level is crucial
  • Strong writing, phone and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels
  • Experience working in the B2B space
In addition to the expected range listed, this role will be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and location.
