How you will make an impact:
This will be a HR development role with 2 years rotation under China Leadership program. The job holder will be rotated between HRBP and COE function before a final assignment has been made.

What you will do:oversee the coordination, deployment, and implement assigned projects/programs in collaboration with HR Business Partners, COEs and Colleague Service team to develop and assure implementation
- Focus on developing Organizational Agility, Organisational Change, Analytical Skill and Functional Skills
- Participating on project teams responsible for implementing new initiatives
- Assist BP Leaders to drive standardization, optimization, and simplification of processes by using the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology and tools
- On-site supporting assigned HR sub-project planning. Define key initiatives and action plans to catch opportunities
- Partnering with HR Business Partners from various businesses to understand workforce planning, organization capability need of the business, e.g. organizational planning, leadership development program etc and develop appropriate solutions
- May also be assigned special projects or other duties
How you will get here:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource related major
Experience
- Relative HR experiences in MNC company,
- 5+ years hands-on experience of managing large to midsize projects or programs with increasing complexity
- Inquisitive Problem-solver with quick learning agility
- Organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to influence change
- Experience in facilitating change, including collaboration with management and executive collaborators
- Demonstrated success managing multiple partners. Experience in a fast-paced, matrix environment preferred
