Job Responsibility:

• 建立体外，体内药理药效检测方法以支持新分子实体从早期发现到IND申报。
• Lead in establishing in vitro and in vivo pharmacology to support new molecule entities from early discovery to IND filing in a fast-paced environment.
• 根据参考文献设计实验方案，按照方案完成实验或监督管理与CRO的合作
• Design and execute experiments in-house or supervise external collaborations.

• Analyse and report experimental results with team members
• 参与项目立项，与化学团队合作完成研究项目
• Participate cross functional team efforts in new project proposal and evaluation.

任职资格：

任职要求：
Job Qualification:

• 药理学，生物学博士以上学历，有心血管与代谢疾病生物学，神经生物学，细胞生物学，血液疾病等任何之一的研究背景
• PhD in pharmacology, medical or life sciences, disease biology experience in one of the following fields: cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, neuroscience, cell biology, hematology.
• 良好的学术经历
• A good track record of research experience.
• 能熟练查阅文献，根据文献撰写实验方案
• Skilled in literature review and writing experimental protocols based on the literature
• 实验动手能力，解决问题能力强
• A motivated problem solver with attention to details preferred.
• 有肾病，心血管与代谢疾病，动物实验经历和药物研究经验者优先考虑
• Understanding of preclinical PK/PD/efficacy relationship as well as biomarker discovery in animal models preferred.
