The Tax Reporting and Strategy (TRS) team is the backbone of PWC's digital consulting business. We provide professional strategy, management, and digital consulting services for clients in financial, tax, legal, invoicing, customs and other areas and provide digital products and solution according to customer real needs.

In TRS team, you will have the opportunity to participate in consulting projects as a professional consultant or digital consultant from the perspectives of strategy, process, talent and technology, to help clients enable the digital transformation and empower overall enterprise management.

Job description

- Provide strategy consulting and digital transformation consulting services to various types of clients in various industries, and help enterprises carry out digital planning and improvement of fiscal and tax, including top-level design and various tax consulting: corporate tax, transfer pricing, customs tax, indirect tax, invoice management, etc.

- Identify and control risks related to finance and taxation, optimize processes, and consult compliance management system.

- Organize the financial and tax processes of enterprises and improve the existing processes through consulting, digital integrated solutions. Conduct financial and tax strategy consulting, financial and tax risk management consulting, financial and tax operation consulting and financial and tax personnel promotion consulting for enterprises.

- From the perspective of finance and taxation, help enterprises to build a sharing center of finance and taxation, a digital platform of taxation, and a center of excellence in finance and taxation.

- Assist enterprises in business strategy transformation, change management and guide their implementation from the perspective of finance and taxation.

- Other work including but not limited in data governance, digital transformation, RPA reshaping, digital skills enhancement, compliance services, outsourcing services, PMO and integrated solutions.

Requirement

-Bachelor degree or above, overseas graduates, more than 6 years of experience in the field of financial, tax, law or process management.

- Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English. Quick learner, strong thirst for knowledge, independent thinking, self-driven.

- Well-known management consulting firm provides relevant management consulting services for large domestic and foreign enterprises. Experienced in digital transformation and informatization projects is preferred.

- Big Four accounting firm experience preferred.

-CICPA/ACCA/AICPA/ Legal professional qualification certificate/CTA is preferred.
