1. Purpose of Position:
Work in PMO organization and coordinating cross-functional teams to make sure the project management framework and R&D activities are well-organized and run smoothly.

2. Key Responsibilities:The Project Management Assistant is responsible for assisting Project Managers in coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, schedule, document control and quality standards are met. Below activities are expected:
v Coordinate with project manager to track project budget/expense lead the budget review.
v Lead technical file development tracking including project documents and asset. Project management documents maintenance, archive, and audit.
v Manage product development patent submit/status track/archive.
v Lead R&D warehouse daily management, provide material report and alert if any risks.
The extension role and responsibility of this position includes:
v Assist R&D relevant data collection, analysis, and reporting.
v Organize a variety of activities of R&D daily management and employee engagement improvement.
1. Qualifications:
v Bachelor’s degree or above.
v Technical knowledge with education or work experience in related Science & Engineering field is a plus.
v Familiar with new product development process, Project management experience is a plus.
v A proven fast learner, self-motivated, willing to take challenges, result-oriented, strong execution force to ensure task on-time delivery and meet requirements. A self-starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details, good data analysis ability and excellent organizational skills.
v The ability to foster strong working relationships with cross-functional team and outside partners including customers and vendors.
v Good communication skill, fluent spoken and written English.
v Proficient in Microsoft Suite, advanced Excel + Word +Power Point.
v Ability to multi-task and detail focused.
v Demonstrates a sense of task urgency.
