We are looking ENGINEERING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Report to Engineering & Quality Director
Lead an Engineering team of China engineers
Handle OEM/ODM projects with overseas and local customers
Responsible for new product design and development, monitor development schedule and cost control
At least 10 years’ engineering experience in the toy industry
Strong mechanical design abilities, with knowledge in electronic / soft toy products
Knowledge in 3D engineering software include Pro-E, solidworks
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Experience in supervising a team of China engineers
Work based in Guangdong factory with some trips to HK office for meetings
Aternative Sat off
13 months salary + performance bonus
