Role Introduction
To support the planning and execution of effective regional and national campaigns to generate direct sales revenue and achieve or exceed target.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Provide support to gain country and regional port updates into the local marketing environment in order to formulate plans to ensure maximum campaign effect
- Work alongside with the global and reginal marketing team to deliver marketing campaigns on various marketplaces to drive brand awareness, affinity, and quality traffic
- Incubate and drive marketing initiatives, to engage with internal / external stakeholders and customers, build brand digital ecosystems for greater synergy and loyalty
- Support other online/offline marketing campaigns, events and channel marketing initiatives when necessary
- Leverage databases and partnerships to ensure maximum customer reach
- Oversee marketing content and asset, ensure all campaign / marketing materials are on brand
- Liaise with external marketing agencies as appropriate to expand customer reach
- Help to produce and execute campaigns for key destinations (Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland), including marketing applicable for the country and the required direct sales deliverables
- Render marketing support for travel, lifestyle and cargo business locally, including content management on the website and other channels to support these functions
- Any other reasonable task as required
E&A
- Emergency and Accident and Crisis Response responsibilities as required
Requirements
Academic Qualifications
- College degree or above
- Certification in a relevant Marketing field
Knowledge, Skills, Training and Experience
- Three years’ experience in Campaign Management or Marketing
- Knowledge of, or experience in, the airline industry is a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent level of PC literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptive to and embraces constant change
