Main Responsibility:

1. Identify appropriate potential supplier for SW Suzhou business, and follow existed supplier strategy.Follow company’s procedure and work instruction to take appropriate action internally
2. Complete supplier commercial assessment by collecting and verify information from supplier;
3. Develop supplier cost reduction strategy; lead the localization, supplier transfer and QVE to reduce the product total cost.
4. Assist supplier quality system audit;
5. Establish good contract with supplier by following company template;
6. Analysis the cost model of supplier quotation and best practice the negotiation tools with supplier
7. Basic review of drawing and technical request from engineering department, lead efficient communication to make understanding and agreement on specification;
8. Assist supplier quality engineer to monitoring supplier performance and improve supplier performance
9. Responsible for project time planning and reporting
10. Provide design engineer correct cost information and give the suggestion to design engineer of manufacturing cost when necessary
Required Skills/Knowledge:
1. Minimum 3~5 years of solid experience with multinational companies and being involved in aspects of sourcing and supplier management
2. Knowledge about the mechanical/electrical part and different manufacture process
3. Knowledge for Catalog part of sterilizer and washer, such as Pump, hydraulic part, valve body and hose is an advantage
4. Familiar with ISO9001 (ISO13485) and ISO14001
5. Microsoft Office working software knowledge and experience
6. Basic engineering knowledge and Quality knowledge
7. Mechanical and Electrical Integration background, Bachelor degree of University
8. Good Mandarin – spoken and written
9. Good English language – Spoken and written
