JOB PURPOSE

As shipping capacity planner, He/she represents all tactical shipping & warehouse storage capacity planning in annual base to serve the scenarios agreed in business plan. He/she is accountable to coordinate with KSA logistics team to propose monthly shipping capacity plan allocate per each lines to cover 15 deployment point & direct route base on GC replenishment plan and convert capacity plan to shipping text proposal. He/she need to work out weekly capacity utilization plan in Singapore Hub for 8 shipping lines base on incoming STO carrier, project 2nd leg POD to ensure shipping capacity to fulfill customer orders DT1P.He/She also responsible for warehouse storage capacity planning base on materials inflow/outflow projection to work with GPS on timely scalability to ensure space utilization & eliminate overflow risk.
He/she need to review & monitoring execution of capacity planning & evaluate the impact as well as mitigation plan if any constraints, and optimize planning process & performance per requirement
WITH the overall objective to maximize margin within the constraints set by service level requirements, strategic plans, and physical limitations.
This position supports and drives successful company strategy execution and competitive superiority through excellence in supply chain planning.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate and interpret monthly replenishment plan into shipping capacity plan
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to meet customer demand, Inventory replenishment at different locations while achieving inventory and service KPI.
- Optimize 2nd leg shipping capacity plan to leverage 8 lines capability to serve demanding timely & thoroughly.
- Propose & finalize annual Tender & Warehouse capacity plan with global team base on business plan in DFP level.
- Monitor shipping (1st + 2nd leg) & warehouse capacity utilization and coordinate with stakeholder on optimization plan timely.
- Supply China Service Level Performance & Continuous Improvement

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above
- Over 5 years experiences in SC planning
- Forecasting skills, Strategic Thinking, Ethics & Personal Integrity, Well communication & Analytical Skills;
- Fluent in English and Chinese
