Job Description

  • Handling customer’s enquiries, creating test plan and quoting, managing project and review report 处理客户的咨询,制定测试计划,评估报价,管理项目和审查报告。
  • Providing the internal and external customer excellent services to achieve the highest possible degree of customer satisfaction. 为内部和外部客户提供优良的服务,以达到尽可能高的客户满意度。
  • Quotation processing (Answering or forwarding enquiries, updating, obtaining approvals in accordance with drawing guidelines, sending) 跟进报价(回复客户的相关咨询, 更新报价并获得相关审批)
  • Support the product liens for project controlling with order creation in compass, document preparing, sample handling, coordinating suborder, payment monitoring, lead time controlling, files maintaining. 管理相关项目包括订单创建, 文件准备,样品处理, 协调分包,监督付款情况,控制周期和文件维护。
  • Order maintenance/ order update, ensure timely completion of this project to product quality, improve customer satisfaction.订单的维护和跟进, 保证项目能够按质按时完成, 提高客户满意度。
  • Support PEs daily work, cooperate within project team and other teams, and improve lead time and efficiency.协助实验室的日常工作, 配合项目组和实验室提高效率,缩短测试周期。
  • Finishes additional tasks given by manager 完成上级安排的其他任务。

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline 相关专业本科.
  • Minimum professional experience: 1 years relevant working experience,with experience working in toys has top priority to consider。1年以上相关工作经验,有玩具 相关工作经验优先考虑
  • Command of English, Proficient in MS tools 英语良好,熟练操作Office系统.
  • Good communication and presentation skill 良好的沟通和表达能力.
  • Team player spirit 良好的团队合作精神.
  • Customer service oriented 良好客户服务意识.
