Your Role
- The VSS Operations manager is responsible for the design and control of Edwards business operations to ensure streamlined production of goods and services. Improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs, and driving profitability through best-in-class operational design, processes, tools, and techniques.
- This role will lead all aspects of onsite/ field service Operations, overseeing the deployment of Operational excellence via the VTPS program with a strong focus on change management to achieve a fully integrated, aligned, and effective field service organization across all customers in region .
- The role will work closely with the Divisional Operations and regional management teams, helping to implement divisional and regional strategic projects and objectives within their area of responsibility and reporting clear regional reports that provide the Divisional team with a regional overview of monthly performance and any improvement plans required to improve KPI's and additional key metrics. Proactive and empowering leadership is essential as part of any high preforming team, strong leadership with a focus of people development is an essential part of this position
