This role guides all the incoming communication to our Governed Services team within our Global Customer Services Centre, which assists our solutions across multiple territories across the globe.
The Managed Services Coordinator is guilty for all incoming communication into the Governed Services mailboxes.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting and answering to customers in a timely manner
Provide and anticipate project plans with prioritization at the beginning of a project.
Provide insight into the sales pipeline to assist resource management of future projects.
Assist upskilling of the internal teams.
What we like to judge from you:
Experience of working in a customer services environment.
Be a strong communicator both written and verbally
They will need to also be able to influence key decision-makers.
Degree education OR relevant work experience
Experience in working with internal collaborators across teams and locations.
