An exciting internship opportunity exists for a motivated, high performing student to join the Real Assets division of our Macquarie Asset Management Group in Beijing, which focuses on the acquisition and management of infrastructure assets in China.
Working closely with the business leaders in our infrastructure investment team in Beijing, you will have the opportunity to learn on the job, making a difference by working on critical projects with the chance to be engaged in various facets, including the review and execution of investment opportunities, financial analysis and modelling, and preparation of presentation materials. You will also be responsible for supporting the acquisition activities of the business, assisting with operational and portfolio management work.
At Macquarie, we look for innovative, driven and talented students who share our drive for excellence. You will be a current full-time student studying Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. We are looking for students who are currently in their penultimate year. You will have outstanding analytical and quantitative skills including exposure to cash flow and ratio analysis. You will require the ability to multitask and deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision and direction. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
We are looking for interns who can commit for 4 months to start in September 2023. Please note that this is an off-cycle internship with no guarantee of return offer. High performing interns will be the first to be considered should we have headcount to hire graduate talent in the future.
