- Follow the SOP and requirement to check the material and contact seller to clarify unclear information.
- Escalate the issue and problem timely. Focusing on process improvement that would provide the best possible seller/customer experience.
- Manage daily, weekly or monthly business reporting as required.
- Additional duties assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.
