Responsibilities

1. Based on omni-channel user feedback voices and experience-related objective data to build a monitoring capability for experience changes, including the following aspects: A. Regularly and systematically present the distribution of negative problems encountered by consumers in Douyin e-commerce shopping, and link all parties to determine the reasons for the changes (better or worse) for experience changes B. Build a highly sensitive ability to discover unexpected problems 2. Combine data, products, and user research teams to jointly build and continuously improve the ability to monitor and interpret experience changes 3. Through the construction of an experience monitoring mechanism, all relevant parties in e-commerce will be guided to jointly see changes in experience and jointly promote the improvement of stubborn diseases 4. Be responsible for the improvement of e-commerce NPS and the decline in CPO.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, familiar with Internet industry and experience analysis Full of enthusiasm in the field of user experience, patient and meticulous, proactive, willing to cooperate and share, and aware of risks.
