About the Accounting Team

The Accountant will be within the Accounting function. It is responsible for supporting our fast-growing business attending to the needs of our employees.

A day in the life:
Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, China

• Responsible for bookkeeping consignment stores’ sales & related expenses and reconciliation between landlord statements and EBS results
• Resposnbile for calculate and bookkeeping branch stores’ variable rental expenses
• keep track on the related accounts receivables from consignment landlords, to ensure the sales revenue will be received by the target date
• Prepare and timely submit monthly stores sales statement to landlords
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications:

• A university degree with a minimum of 2 year relevant work experience in a sizeable company
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Be proactive and comfortable working with both local and remote team members
• Be able to develop and maintain a network of contacts, both inside and outside the organization, with people who can supply information, assistance and support for worked related goals
• Knowledge of retail accounting is a must
