Key responsibilities include:

Act as the key interface with the supplier relative to supplier development, quality control and process improvement.- Establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements
- Work closely with various divisions of functions to conduct First Piece Qualification (FPQ), quality surveillance, and capacity audits
- Assistant in the supplier approval process including manufacturing, technology, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) risk analysis
- Collaborate with manager in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contribute to their accomplishment
- Deliver results as measured by key metrics, such as supplier yield, COF/COQ, NCR, supplier quality plan engagement/effectiveness, and corrective & preventative action closure
- Monitor supplier non-conformance performance, and drive root-cause analyses, corrective actions and process improvements to reduce the NCR and COQ
- Other tasks arranged by people leader
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with at least 3 years of experience in sourcing quality and or related quality area
- Familiar with eSMS and supplier approval, audit and surveillance process
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality and is willing to travel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Open to work with cross function
- Ability to communicate in oral and written English/Chinese.
