POSITION SUMMARY
Air Products proposed small on-site concept in 2016 and built a PRISM® team to serve the niche market. The job holder is to join the promising team in AP and disrupt the traditional LIN supply business model to create value for customers. He/she will be pioneer to understand N2 Cryo Generator and N2 PSA product market demand and satisfy this demand with cutting-edge, cost-effective product, and to increase the market share and revenue of PRISM® N2 Cryo Generator and N2 PSA product by product improvement and innovation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following:
- Develop competitive product and proposal to meet customer needs and improve market share.
- Focus on business competitiveness, quality, and speed-to-market.
- Interface with the Global Product Owner (GPO), business areas, R&D, manufacturing and other functions for both conceptual and detailed engineering tasks.
- Drive the most cost-effective product/proposal design and business model.
- Manage commercial, engineering, and technical knowledge throughout the product life cycle.
- Apply benchmark data and best practice in product development, product sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through Management of Change.
- Documentation the product line or the engineered system. Responsible for sustaining and maintaining equipment specification.
- Provide product line support for existing installed base.
- Responsible for deliverables including conceptual design, detailed design, equipment specification, pilot scale testing, startup support, safety review, others.
- BS or above in Engineering with 5-10 years of experience of product develop and project management.
- Knowledge of N2 Cryo Generator, N2 CMS and N2 PSA.
- Knowledge of product development methodology such as Stage Gate process, Mass Customization, Value Engineering and Lean Enterprise, a plus.
- Strong combination of commercial acumen and product engineering innovation to drive the correct balance between product cost reduction and performance.
- Good team building, communication and influencing skills as the product engineer interfaces with marketing, commercial, engineering, procurement and operations and other key suppliers.
- Good English communication skill, both verbal and written.
