Your Role at Impact:

As Marketing Development Representative, you will be the first line of contact at Impact responsible for generating new business through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of Impact. Using a multitude of sales methods and tools, you will discover, plan and prospect new accounts that will drive long-term success for our customers and our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Outreach to inbound contact forms/inquires, web chats, emails to assess qualification of prospects
  • Focus is to understand product, industry and prospecting basics - including how to blueprint, cold call, social sell etc.
  • Master company procedures and internal workflows - including how to use sales automation tools
  • Shadows senior BDR to understand: how tos with messaging, strategy and AE/BDR relationship
  • Educate and qualify prospects about our transformative technology and the solution Impact provides for their marketing challenges
  • Provide valuable market and product feedback to continue to drive Impact's business development strategy
  • Work closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline for Impact's products
  • Track and manage prospects through com
  • Healthy sales pipeline is maintained
  • Consistently meet response time SLAs to inbound inquiries
  • Hitting daily activity expectations
  • Embodying Impact's sales values
  • Solid understanding of our product, industry, and the basics of prospecting
  • Completion of intro level coursework as outlined in Skilljar

What You Have:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2+ years direct B2B SaaS sales experience, strong preference towards marketing technology (tracking, measurement, etc)
  • In-depth understanding of the affiliate/partnership ecosystem
  • Project management experience, especially managing RFP/RFI responses
  • Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and the unique elements of an enterprise SaaS sales process
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar sales CRM tool for analysis
  • Curious to learn more about Impact's Partnership Cloud solution
  • Proven track record of building territories and addressing client needs
  • Strong communication, effective problem-solving, networking and presentation skills
