Job Description

  • Assisting in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new employee documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and benefits enrollment.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related documentation.
  • Assisting in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and supporting employee recognition programs.
  • Staying updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement within the HR function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years HR working experience
  • Demonstrating familiarity with HR processes and practices.(TA & Payroll)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining employee records and managing HR-related documentation.
  • Familiarity with basic HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and systems for data entry, recordkeeping, and generating reports.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team, supporting HR initiatives and projects.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.
  • Customer service orientation and a proactive approach to providing support to candidates, employees, and the HR team.
