We are currently seeking an Analyst who will engage in consulting projects in the healthcare industry in the areas of market opportunity assessment, go-to-market strategy, new product planning, customer insights, channel optimization, internal optimization, and benchmarking, etc. This position would be based in Shanghai.
How you will contribute:
- Review and appraise healthcare research
- Extract and synthesise quantitative and qualitative data from research or healthcare information
- Interpret and communicate conclusions from research or healthcare information
- Understand client requirements and interact with clients
- Project manage and support other project managers during the course of the project engagement, including communicating project updates, presenting key milestones, pre-empting project issues, managing different client stakeholders
The ideal skills for this role are:
- A science or health related degree (e.g. biomedical science, public health, health economics)
- Postgraduate qualification or post-degree experience e.g. MPH or tertiary qualifications with professional experience in a health related field
- Experience in systematic reviews, economic modelling, health research or research design, evaluation and interpretation
- Experience in communicating complex concepts and information clearly to a range of audiences
- Excellent organisational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Relevant experience in healthcare consulting or public health consulting an advantage
- Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.
- Demonstrated ability to write and present clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English, good command of a second Asian language would be an advantage
