Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the sales of the technology solutions of the quant trading in collaboration with the sales team.
2. Assist with establishing the practical sales/business plan in accordance with the sales target of the company.
3. Implement sales strategy/plan to complete the sales target.
4. Attend to all customer requests via phone, e-mail, and WeChat.
Daily Routing
1. Follow up on projects and ensure customer data is up-to-date.
2. Proactively monitor and maintain the business process. Create quotations, formulate sales orders, and deliver invoices in accordance with customer requirements.
3. Collect market information to target potential sales opportunities.
4. Assist the marketing team with updating the roadshow materials and plans.
5. Facilitate the deal process and collect feedback upon the closure of the deal.
6. Support the sales team in maintaining the relationship with the clients, brokers, and futures companies, such as sorting out meeting minutes and contact info.
Requirements
1. Fresh graduates or under 2 years working experience with a bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related subject.
2. Affinity for and proficiency with both English and Mandarin Chinese.
3. Fast learner and a team-player with a passion for the FinTech industry and the ability to work under pressure.
4. Sound presentation skills around products and business solutions.
5. Futures qualification certificate/Securities qualification certificate are preferred but not required.
